TECT is available again after having been migrated from finnmark to "sodor" the new name for the old TECT hardware.
Except for OWA, TECT should now be running properly. To start, it has 20 gigabytes of RAM, but that may be increased to a maximum of 32 if tasks still fail and/or it's found to improve performance.
